No matter what path your journey to parenthood takes, I'm excited to walk it beside you. I support births at home, in the hospital, in the water, and beyond. I can be there for both medicated and unmedicated "natural birth" experiences, and I offer VBAC and C-Section support. The Full Doula Package - $1200
This package is best for first-time parents, VBAC parents, or parents who got pregnant via IVF.
It includes 2-3 in-person Prenatal appointments, 1 virtual Birth Plan/Prefences creation appointment, curated resource materials, unlimited text and email support, 7 hours of private childbirth education, labor and/or C-Section support, one in-person Postpartum appointment, and text support for the first 6 weeks postpartum.

Childbirth Classes are tailored for a multitude of pregnancy experiences including low-risk hospital delivery, VBAC, IVF, or "Advanced Maternal Age". These different paths all change the way one might navigate the health system or measure risk. Learn the latest evidence, gain tools for communication with healthcare providers, as well as all the foundational knowledge of a better birth experience.
The Support Package - $1000
This package is best for repeat parents.
It includes 2 Prenatal appointments, curated resource materials, unlimited text and email support, labor and/or C-Section support, and 1 Postpartum visit.
The Essentials Package - $750
This package is ONLY for parents 34+ weeks pregnant, when availability allows.

It includes 1 Prenatal appointment, unlimited text and email support, labor and/or C-Section support, and 1 Postpartum visit.
Birth Coach Package - $500
This package includes Birth Plan/Preferences creation, curated resource materials, 7 hours of private Childbirth Education, and on-call virtual support during labor.

Postpartum Services
I provide you and your partner with care, understanding, information and support in the special weeks after birth. Our initial meeting will help me tailor my packages to fit your needs. I offer hours from the early morning into the late evening, but do not currently offer overnight care. Reach out to learn more!
Private Newborn Care Class - $100
This two hour class is to help answer any questions you may have about bringing a new baby home, all in the privacy of that home! We can go over your nursery arrangement, bath time, sleep, postpartum resources, or anything else you need.
Postpartum Support Package - $2,700
For parents who want postpartum doula support in the first 6 weeks after baby is born. This package includes 90 hours of daytime support. I offer baby care and birthing parent care, light housework such as dishes or laundry, newborn education, birth story processing, postpartum resources and so much more. This package is perfect for anyone looking for help easing them into a new life with a new addition to the family. A discount of $200 applies for families who also have me as their birth doula!
